This Royal Huisman/Sparkman & Stephens collaboration is about as good a pedigree as you can get in my opinion. Built in aluminium, she's fitted out to race offshore with a fairly stripped out interior but really you could do anything with her. There are plenty of spars and sails and a new engine with only 7 hours run.
Unfortunately she has been over in the yard and so does have some repair work to the hull and rudder which is in progress (May 2024).

This excellent 'constant cruiser' has an interior that is second to none. Originall constructed in 1983, the superb interior fit-out was completed by the previous owner who was an architect.
The sensitive choice of materials used and clever design are evident throughout the boat. There is a cartridge loo hidden in a pull-out draw beneath the bathroom sink, which was missed in the video.
The current owner has kept meticulous records of the maintenance schedule, and the boat has been regularly lifted with surveys conducted in 2019, 2021 and 2025.
The BSS expires in April 2028.

The Cobra 850 is designed by David Feltham and built by Cobra Yachts of Hayling Island. She is a good family cruiser which has crisp performance yet is well mannered.

A touch of the old Graham Bunn "Windboat" who started building these beautiful classic wooden cruisers way back in the 1930's, and here is a lovely example of that era!
The engine has been replaced from the original Petrol Chrysler 6 cylinder 125 bhp to a 4 cylinder diesel but the HP is not known, but is showing only 872 hours on the clock!
The current owner has lovingly looked after her for over 20 years avoiding changing much to keep her in original condition for as long as possible and therefore keeping up with any repairs that needed doing along the way.
A possible LIVEABOARD!

Contessa Yachts have a good reputation for producing good seaworthy yachts. The Contessa 28 was produced as a cruiser racer however they tend to be more cruised than raced but if you wanted to enter the yacht club regatta she would not disappoint.
She has a reasonable sized cockpit with wide side decks making for easy access to the foredeck. She is a boat that can easily be single handed sailed but there is ample room for a crew of 5 or 6 if needed. Sail handling could not be easier with a slab reefing main, stacker pack and a furling genoa.
Down below she has 2 single berths and the saloon...

This Trident Warrior 30 is a solid and well?regarded long?keel cruiser that has recently undergone a programme of refurbishment and upgrading.
