Debora is built to a very high standard of Dutch boat building. She is built under "Super Yacht" classifications by J.A.Jonk Haarlem and Habbeké in Volendam. The very luxurious classic teak interior is built by Jan Bakker Enkhuizen under design from John Janssen (NL) and John Muntford (UK.
The high quality rig is delivered by the famous Rondal - Royal Huisman shipyard in Vollenhoven. She can be sailed by two people because of her fully hydraulic stowaway systems and hydraulic winches. In case of emergency, all the systems are backed up manual including the steering system.
With her shallow draft of 1.8 m with her centerboard up she is capable of reaching almost every beautiful bay on earth. In this "Floating luxurious penthouse apartment" you can discover the world in a very independent way.

She is already in the Mediterranean (Leros Island in Greece) and the dry dock has been paid until August 2010.
Good conditon, new sails, fine electronics and lots of equipment. VAT for EU-countries has been paid.

Both owners used the boat about two months a year.Electric roller mainsail (in mast) and genua. Gennaker (2) old but very lightly used. Retractable bowthruster. Lofrans electric windlass. Waterheater on engine and shore power (new 2006) Stainless steel delta anchor with ss-chain + spare Bügel anchor. New mainsail (2009. not used and still in bag since new) and new genua (2009). New dinghy (Orca) with airdeck (2009) with 2 hp Honda outboard. Stainless steel arch 2008 for solar panels and dinghy hoist. ‘Fixed’ boat PC with 12 inch touchscreen (for navigation, also connected to ssb-receiver (Icom) for automatic reception of navtex, weather bulletins and weather charts. Icom ssb transceiver. Icom ssb receiver. 2 x vhf (Shipmate and Icom). Handheld vhf. MLR fixed gps connected to board-PC plus 2 extra gps’es (1 usb). Radar (Furuno. 24 miles). Petrol emergency generator (stored inside without a drop of petrol since new in 2004). Raymarine 7000 autopilot (fixed). Hydra 2000 B&G computer and instruments (digital and analogue). 2 aluminium propane bottles in special stainless steel locker plus solenoid (electric cut off-system in ss-locker with switch above stove). 2 bicycles (stainless steel).
